Daewoo Corporation Headquarters

In downtown Seoul, Korea, this concept plan illustrates revitalization of the international automobile corporation’s headquarters with a high performance skin that allowed abundant daylight to suffuse the interior office spaces. The workforce benefits from the reconditioned interiors that boost productivity and employee comfort. It also features operable windows, outdoor terraces and a new wintergarden over the adjoining sunken plaza to provide access to the city’s subway hub.
